Cancellation policy

At Sky Store, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand your options.


1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — no questions asked.

  • To request cancellation, email us at contact@sky-store.us with your order number

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it


2. Custom Orders

Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once the production process has started. These are crafted specifically for you and are final sale.


3. After 12 Hours

If more than 12 hours have passed since you placed the order and it has not yet been shipped:

  • You may still request cancellation, but approval is not guaranteed

  • If the item has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy to initiate a return (for eligible products)


4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
