At Sky Store, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may be eligible to return certain items within 30 days of receiving your order.
You may return ready-to-ship items under the following conditions:
Return request is made within 30 days of delivery
Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging are included
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom or made-to-order leather products
Products marked as final sale
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
To request a return:

Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)
We’ll respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the product (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
If your return is approved:
We will issue a refund to your original payment method
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Provide photos of the item and packaging
We will send a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost
