Refund policy

At Sky Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.


1. Custom Orders – Final Sale

All custom-made leather products are final sale and non-refundable. These items are made specifically to your size, style, or color preferences and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.


2. Ready-to-Ship Products – 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns of eligible ready-to-ship items within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It includes all original tags, labels, and packaging

  • It was not a custom or made-to-order item


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@sky-store.us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond with return instructions and shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.


5. Refund Processing

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7 business days after the return is received for the refund to appear on your statement


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@sky-store.us

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card account

  • Contact your payment provider—there may be processing delays

  • If you've done the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@sky-store.us


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-order leather products

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
